The Annex
The Annex is a 3-storey, AA-class office building built in 1982, situated on the north side of 103rd Avenue, and east along 102nd Street. It is located adjacent to downtown Edmonton’s ICE District, Edmonton’s up-and-coming downtown sports and entertainment district. The Annex building offers excellent exposure, with visibility from 103rd Avenue. Naming rights and exterior signage may be available for large users.
Edmonton’s network of pedestrian walkways connect the Annex to numerous other downtown office towers and amenities such as Rogers Place, Bell Tower, Edmonton Tower, MNP Tower, Sandman Signature Hotel, and Edmonton City Centre Mall.
