Morley started in the commercial real estate industry in 1995, working for some of Canada’s most well-known commercial real estate companies, managing a multitude of asset classes in cities across the country.

​

As the head of Aspen’s Property Management & Operations group, Morley is passionate about ensuring Aspen is not just a landlord, but a strategic business partner for our tenants. Morley provides direction for Aspen’s overall service delivery and believes in using technology to provide a best-in-class property management and operations platform.

Morley divides his time between Edmonton and Calgary. He currently serves on the board of directors for BOMA Edmonton and has previously served on the board for Edmonton’s Youth Empowerment and Support Services (YESS) organization, a charity focused on addressing and preventing homelessness among youth.

Morley currently serves on the board of directors for BOMA Edmonton and is a member of the Buildings Committee for Arts Commons in Calgary.  He has previously served on the board for Edmonton’s Youth Empowerment and Support Services (YESS) organization, a charity focused on addressing and preventing homelessness among youth.
