MNP TOWER
MNP Tower is a 27-storey, A-class office building built in 1978, located on the south side of 103rd Avenue, just east of 101st Street. The Tower is part of a broader retail and leisure complex—that also includes the Sandman Signature Hotel—that borders on the ICE District, Edmonton’s up-and-coming downtown sports and entertainment district.
MNP Tower underwent a façade upgrade to its lower podium in 2017. Exterior improvements included a fresh coat of paint, new awnings, a refresh of the building’s entrances and new signage. MNP Tower shares a stunning entrance lobby with the Sandman Signature Hotel—meaning convenient business accommodation for out-of-town clients and colleagues is close at hand.
The hotel features numerous banquet halls, conference rooms and The Chop restaurant, and offers a pedway connection to Bell Tower, Edmonton City Centre Mall and numerous other downtown office towers. Excellent access to bus and LRT routes in the downtown core is also available via the Pedway system.
MNP Tower’s amenities, accessed via pedway connection to the Bell Tower, include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, conference room and golf simulator room. Restaurant offerings Delicious Pho and Amore Bistro were added to the Tower in 2019.
The tower includes 196 parking stalls in a two-level underground heated parkade. Additional parking is available in the 957-stall, 12-level City Centre East parkade next door.
