Donna joined Aspen Properties as a Senior Property Manager in 2016, bringing with her a distinguished background in real estate. Prior to joining the Aspen team, she had already established a successful real estate career overseeing a diverse range of properties, including residential, industrial, shopping centers, and commercial office spaces.

 

As a key member of the Aspen team, Donna has effectively managed various portfolios, notably leading the transformation of The Edison with a major lobby renovation and the addition of new amenities such as a gym, conference center, and golf simulator in 2019. She was subsequently promoted to General Manager at The Ampersand, where she continues to lend her expertise in the property's transformation, shaping it into one with unparalleled amenity offerings.

 

Donna holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and a Certified Property Management certificate from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. She is an active member of BOMA, a national industry association dedicated to advancing training and enhancing good building management practices and sustainability in the industry.
