Bell Tower is a 32 storey, AA class office building constructed in 1982. It is situated on the north side of 103rd Avenue and spans 101st Street and 102nd Street, which provides enviable exposure to the building’s unique architectural design. Recent Renovations and Upcoming Upgrades
Construction of a modern, full service, 3,000 square foot Conference Centre has been completed on the second floor of Bell Tower. The facility is available for use by all tenants of both Bell Tower and MNP Tower.
A new fitness facility, for the exclusive use of employees of Aspen tenants, is located on the 3rd floor of Bell Tower. The “club quality” fitness facility opened in 2016 and is named “Jackson’s Gym” in honour of one of Canada’s oldest fitness clubs.
Jackson’s Gym features 5,500 square feet of space, including state of the facilities, a 900 square foot studio, an area for free weights and resistance machines, as well as stationary bikes, treadmills and stair climbers. The fitness facility is complimentary for all tenants & includes towel service & an onsite personal trainer.
