Bell Tower (view map) is a 31 storey, AA class office building and was constructed in 1982. It is situated on the north side of 103rd Avenue and spans 101st Street and 102nd Street, which provides enviable exposure to the building's unique architectural design. It is located adjacent to the new ICE District development site in downtown Edmonton.
The Tower is connected to numerous other downtown office towers and amenities such as: MNP Tower, the Sutton Place Hotel, and Edmonton City Centre Mall via Edmonton's network of enclosed above and below ground pedestrian walkways.
Bell Tower's amenities include 430 parking stalls in a three floor underground heated parkade and above ground surface lot.
An extensive main floor lobby renovation, elevator modernization program, and the installation of new boilers in the mechanical room have recently been completed, thus improving the overall aesthetics, quality, and energy efficiency of the office tower.

BOMA BESt (Building Environmental Standards) is a national program launched in 2005 by BOMA Canada to address industry needs for realistic standards for energy and environmental performance of existing buildings based on accurate, independently verified information.
Recent Renovations and Upcoming Upgrades
Construction of a modern, full service, 3,000 square foot Conference Centre has been completed on the second floor of Bell Tower. The facility is available for use by all tenants of both Bell Tower and MNP Tower.
A new fitness facility, for the exclusive use of employees of Aspen tenants, is located on the 3rd floor of Bell Tower. This “club quality” fitness facility opened September, 2016 and is named “Jackson’s Gym” in honour of one of Canada’s oldest fitness clubs.
Jackson’s Gym features 5,500 square feet of space, including showers and change rooms, a 900 square foot studio, an area for free weights and resistance machines, as well as stationary bikes, treadmills and stair climbers.
The new coffee shop kiosk, La Prep, located on the south east area of the main floor opened in 2015.
The "Joey Restaurant" chain is now open, just north of the Tower.
