The tower is located on the south side of 103rd Avenue, just east of 101st Street, and forms part of a broader retail and leisure complex including the Sutton Place Hotel. It is located adjacent to the ICE District development site in downtown Edmonton.

Recent Renovations and Upcoming Upgrades

A full re-cladding of the tower, including windows and spandrel panels, and a complete modernization of elevators was completed in 2010.

A lighting retrofit; the replacement of two-tube, T12 40 watt lights with more energy efficient single-tube T8 25 watt lights, was completed in 2012.

A major main floor lobby renovation, complimenting the recent Chop Restaurant development, and creating a boutique, hotel-style feel, was completed in 2014.
