Recent Renovations and Upcoming Upgrades
Palliser One has an ongoing program of HVAC, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Projects in recent years include HVAC system cooling coil replacement, elevator control modernization, electrical distribution system upgrades, lighting fixture upgrades to T5 and interior way finding signage.
A main and second floor lobby renovation was completed in 2009, elevator interior finishes were replaced in 2011 and a tenant fitness facility was developed in 2012.
Upgrades in the Palliser Parkade include enhanced security measures, improved lighting, car plug electrical improvements and a concrete and traffic coating restoration program.
